You can transfer ADX-listed stocks between Thndr and another ADX-registered broker in either direction. ADX transfers are settled through the Central Securities Depository (CSD) following ADX settlement rules.

Important: Both the sending and receiving party must be ADX-registered custodians. Only fully settled shares can be transferred — fractional shares are not supported.
How to transfer shares to Thndr from another broker
To move your ADX-listed stocks into Thndr, contact support via in-app chat to begin the process.
Contact Thndr support via in-app chat and request the Transfer In Form.
Complete and sign the form, including the securities you want to transfer and quantities.
Submit the signed form to Thndr support via in-app chat.
Thndr’s Operations team confirms the transfer through ADX’s CSD system.
Once shares appear under your Thndr trading code, they are added to your portfolio.
Typical processing time: 1–2 working days after settlement.

What can affect your transfer
Unsettled shares — shares still under settlement cannot be transferred until settlement is complete
Fractional shares — fractional holdings are not supported and cannot be transferred in any direction
Expired documents — your account must have a valid, active trading code and non-expired ID before a transfer can be processed
Non-ADX custodians — both sending and receiving parties must be registered ADX custodians

Can I transfer fractional shares?
Fractional share quantities cannot be transferred in any direction on the ADX market. Only whole share quantities are eligible for transfer.
Does the other broker need to be registered with ADX?
Both the sending and receiving broker must be registered ADX custodians for a portfolio transfer to be processed. Transfers involving non-ADX brokers cannot be completed through this process.
