Opening a UAE market account on Thndr requires completing an identity verification process. Having the right documents ready before you start means you can complete the Account Opening Form quickly and without delays.

Steps to register your account in ADX:
To start trading in the UAE market, you need to be over 18 years old so we can register you with ADX.
Upload documents needed depending on your nationality and country of residency.
Top up your account to begin the process of registering your account in the UAE market.
Choose your dividends-receiving bank account.
Note: Registration usually takes 1 working day to be completed.

All documents must be captured live within the Thndr app. Screenshots, scans, or photos of photos will not be accepted.

UAE nationals applying for a UAE market account on Thndr are required to submit both their Emirates ID and their Passport as part of the identity verification process, regardless of whether they reside in the UAE or abroad.
Do non-UAE nationals residing in the UAE need an Emirates ID?
Non-UAE nationals residing in the UAE are required to submit both their Emirates ID and their Passport when applying for a UAE market account on Thndr.
Do non-UAE nationals living outside the UAE need an Emirates ID?
Non-UAE nationals who reside outside the UAE are required to submit a valid Passport only — an Emirates ID is not required for customers in this category.
Can I upload my documents from my photo library?
All documents must be captured live within the Thndr app. Screenshots, scanned images, or photos taken outside the app will not be accepted, as live capture is required as part of the identity verification process.
