For the fastest experience: Use a number registered in your own name.
Using a number in someone else’s name? You can still proceed, but you will need to sign contracts physically rather than digitally.
Step 2: Confirm Date of Birth
Enter your birth date to determine your eligibility for different investment markets.
Egyptian Market: Requires a minimum age of 15 years.
UAE & US Markets: Requires a minimum age of 18 years.
Step 3 (Non-Egypt & GCC Residents): Enter Tax Identification Number (TIN)
If you are residing outside Egypt and GCC countries

If you do not have a TIN: Select the relevant reason to continue your application.
A TIN is only required for users residing outside of Egypt and GCC countries to meet international tax reporting requirements.

Step 4 Employment Details
Job Status
Select your current job status to help us fulfill regulatory and compliance requirements.
Status Options: You can select from Employed, Self-employed, Retired, Student, or Not employed.
For Egyptian Nationals: Your job details are automatically extracted from your ID—no manual entry is required.
For Non-Egyptian Users: You will be asked to manually provide your Job Title and Company Name.
Job Information (Non-Egyptians Only)
Entering employment details supports standard compliance checks related to your professional profile.
What to provide: Enter your current Job Title and the full Company Name.
Ensure the details match your official employment records to avoid delays in the verification process.
Step 5 Liveness Check
Complete a quick liveness scan using your front camera to verify your identity and confirm that you are physically present.
The Process: Follow the simple on-screen prompts (such as turning your head). Images are captured automatically once each action is completed.
Tips for a Successful Liveness Check:
Lighting: Ensure you are in a well-lit environment.
Visibility: Keep your face fully visible and centered in the frame.
Clarity: Double-check that images are clear; blurred or poorly framed captures may lead to rejection.
Avoid Accessories: Remove sunglasses, masks, or heavy hats that obscure facial features.
Neutral Background: Stand against a plain wall to help the camera focus on facial contours.
📝 Note: What is a Liveness Check? Liveness verification is a security feature used to confirm that an applicant is a real, living person and is physically present during the application process. This step prevents identity theft by ensuring that a static photo, a video recording, or a mask cannot be used to open an account fraudulently. How Liveness Verification Works During the identity verification process, the app uses the front-facing camera to capture a brief 3D scan or a series of photos of the user's face. To prove "liveness," the system often requires the user to complete active challenges, such as:
Why Liveness is Required for Financial Accounts Liveness checks are a mandatory part of KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. By matching a "live" scan against the Physical ID photo, the system ensures that:

Step 6: Identification Document
Capture a live photo of your identification document within the app to confirm your identity and prevent misuse.
Submission Rules: The photo must be captured live. Screenshots, scans, or photos of other photos will be rejected.
Ensure the document is well-lit and all text is legible to avoid verification delays.
