Subscription plans and pricing
Thndr Trader UAE is available on two billing cycles. The yearly plan includes a 10% discount compared to monthly billing. Your subscription becomes active as soon as payment is confirmed.

Payment
Thndr Trader UAE is a wallet-based subscription. Payment is deducted from your Thndr Wallet balance — no card payment is available for this subscription.
Important: Ensure your Thndr Wallet has sufficient balance before your renewal date to avoid interruption to your subscription.
Managing your subscription
Upgrading to yearly
You can upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan at any time from within the app. The yearly rate of AED 421 will apply from your next billing cycle.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that. If a yearly subscription is cancelled within the first month, the monthly subscription amount will be deducted from the yearly subscription and the rest of the yearly amount will be reimbursed into your wallet. For this process to happen, you will have to cancel your subscription through Thndr customer support. If the yearly subscription is cancelled after the first month of subscription, the subscription remains active but you will not be billed at the next billing cycle, and no amount will be reimbursed into your wallet.
Reactivating a cancelled subscription
If you have cancelled your subscription and want to reactivate it, you can do so from the subscriptions section of the app before your current period ends.

What happens if my Thndr Wallet doesn't have enough balance on renewal?
If your Thndr Wallet does not have sufficient balance on your renewal date, your subscription may not renew and you will lose access to Thndr Trader UAE features until the subscription is reactivated.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Switching from monthly to yearly billing is available within the app. The yearly plan will take effect from your next billing cycle at AED 421 per year.
