Your UAE Wallet holds AED, so transfers must be made in AED, USD, or another non-EGP currency.
Important: Transfers from an EGP bank account will most likely be rejected.
How to top up by bank transfer
Go to the UAE market.
Go to your Wallet in the UAE market.
Copy our bank account info.
Transfer the amount from your bank to our bank account.
Go to your Wallet in the UAE market.
Confirm the bank transfer top-up with the date and amount.
What to expect
Transfers made from inside the UAE are usually reflected in your Wallet the same day.
Transfers made from outside the UAE may take up to 3–5 business days to reflect in your Wallet.
Note: Transfers must be made from a non-corporate account under your own name. Transfers from corporate accounts, or from accounts not under your name, will be returned to the sending account.
If you transfer in a currency other than AED, confirm the top-up in the app using the equivalent AED amount based on that day's exchange rate — for example, a USD transfer should be confirmed as its AED equivalent.
The confirmed amount does not have to be exactly precise, the amount added to your wallet is the amount that reaches our bank account.
Debit card payment
Card payments must be made with a debit card linked to a bank account.
Important: Credit cards and virtual accounts are not accepted.

What to expect
Debit card top-ups are usually reflected in your Wallet within a few minutes.
Top-up fees / Bank transfer fees
Thndr does not charge any fees for bank transfer top-ups. Your transfer may still be subject to third-party bank fees from banks included in the transfer, including intermediary banks.
