Step-by-Step Guide
Visit any Commercial International Bank (CIB) branch
While at the branch, open the Thndr app
Navigate to Wallet, and Tap Top Up
Select Bank Transfers / Cash Top-ups
Select Cash Deposit
Deposit your cash into Thndr’s displayed bank account using Thndr’s bank account details shown on screen.
Collect your deposit receipt from the bank — you’ll need it in the next step.
Return to the Thndr app Cash Deposit screen and tap Confirm
Enter receipt number, date deposited, and amount
⚠️ Important: The amount you enter in the Thndr app must exactly match the amount you deposited. Do not enter an estimate, rounded figure, or combined.

Your request was submitted outside working days or processing hours.
Resolution: Wait until the next Egyptian working day for processing to resume.
