ThndrX is Thndr’s advanced trading platform and is available exclusively to users with an active Thndr Trader subscription.
To access ThndrX, you need:
An active Thndr account
An active Thndr Trader subscription
The Thndr app installed and logged in on your phone
Access to the email address linked to your Thndr account
Once subscribed to Thndr Trader, you can access ThndrX immediately at x.thndr.app using your existing Thndr account.
You do not need to create a separate ThndrX account or password.
When logging in directly through ThndrX, you sign in using email or Google and complete 2-factor authentication through the Thndr app. Once successfully logged in, you remain signed in until you log out.
How to subscribe to Thndr Trader
Thndr Trader is Thndr’s premium subscription and is required to access ThndrX.

How to log in to ThndrX
Once you have an active Thndr Trader subscription, go to x.thndr.app in your browser.
You can sign in using either your Thndr account email address or Google.
Log in using email
Go to x.thndr.app.
Enter your email address and select Continue with Email.
Check your email for a 6-digit verification code.
Enter the code on the Verify your email screen.
Your name and profile will appear with the message Press any key to unlock. Click anywhere on the screen or press any key.
ThndrX will display a 2-digit number and a QR code. At the same time, the Thndr app will send you a push notification.
Open the notification in the Thndr app.
Select the number that matches the 2-digit number displayed on ThndrX.
Once verified, you are signed in to ThndrX.
Log in using Google
Go to x.thndr.app.
Select Continue with Google.
Complete the Google sign-in process.
Your name and profile will appear with the message Press any key to unlock. Click anywhere or press any key.
ThndrX will display a 2-digit number and a QR code, and the Thndr app will send you a push notification.
Open the notification in the Thndr app.
Select the number that matches the number displayed on ThndrX.
Once verified, you are signed in.
How 2-factor authentication works on ThndrX
ThndrX uses the Thndr app for 2-factor authentication when you log in directly through x.thndr.app.
During authentication:
ThndrX displays a 2-digit number on your browser.
The Thndr app sends you a push notification containing three number options.
Select the number that matches the number displayed on ThndrX.
If the numbers match, authentication is completed and you are logged in.
If you do not receive the 2FA notification
Scan the QR code displayed on the ThndrX authentication screen. This triggers the authentication request manually in the Thndr app.
If 2FA fails or times out
A Retry option appears on the ThndrX screen after 30 seconds. Select Retry to send a new authentication request to your Thndr app.
After successful authentication, ThndrX automatically takes you to:
Home when using desktop
Market when using mobile
Accessing ThndrX from the Thndr app
If you open ThndrX from inside the Thndr app, authentication happens automatically.
You do not need to:
Enter your email address
Enter an email verification code
Complete the 2-factor authentication number-matching process
You are taken directly into ThndrX.

What do I need to access ThndrX?
To access ThndrX you need an active Thndr account, access to your Thndr account email address, an active Thndr Trader subscription, and the Thndr app installed on your phone.
Can I log in to ThndrX without the Thndr app on my phone?
Logging in without the Thndr app installed on your phone is not possible. The Thndr app is required to complete 2-factor authentication. Without it the process cannot be completed.
What happens if I select the wrong number during 2-factor authentication?
Selecting the wrong number causes authentication to fail. A Retry option appears on the ThndrX screen after 30 seconds — click it to send a new request to your Thndr app and try again.
What happens if I don't receive the push notification on my Thndr app?
If the notification does not arrive, scan the QR code displayed on the ThndrX authentication screen to trigger the request manually.
What happens if I don't have a Thndr Trader subscription?
Without an active Thndr Trader subscription you'll see an error message when attempting to access ThndrX. Subscriptions are managed through the Thndr app.
Can I subscribe to Thndr Trader directly from ThndrX?
Subscriptions cannot be managed from ThndrX. To subscribe to Thndr Trader, open the Thndr app and navigate to the subscription settings.
How long does my login session last?
Once logged in to ThndrX you remain logged in until you choose to log out.
