Each Thndr Trader subscription includes 50 commission-free trades per month on the Egypt market. The way the quota works depends on a few specific rules — here's how it actually behaves.

Each buy and each sell counts as one trade. A round-trip (buy then sell of the same stock) consumes two trades from your monthly quota.

A partially filled order counts as one trade, not multiple. If your order is filled across several executions throughout the day, it still counts as a single trade against your quota.

The zero commission benefit works as a commission refund, not as a fee waiver at the time of trade. Here's the sequence:

The average purchase cost of your order excludes the Standard commission.

Once you've used all 50 commission-free trades in the month, additional trades on the Egypt market are charged at the standard rate of 0.1% per trade with an EGP 2 minimum.

Unused trades do not roll over into the following month. If you only use 20 trades in a given month, the remaining 30 are forfeited when your quota resets.

Once subscribed, you can manage your Thndr Trader subscription from the same Subscriptions screen. The sections below cover how renewals work, what happens if a renewal payment fails, and how to cancel each plan type.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every 30 days on the monthly plan, or every 12 months on the yearly plan. The renewal amount is deducted from your Thndr investment wallet if you're in Egypt, or charged to your designated payment card if you're outside Egypt.

As long as your wallet has sufficient balance (or your card charge succeeds), renewal happens automatically and your access continues uninterrupted.

If your wallet doesn't have enough balance at renewal, Thndr applies a grace period before your subscription lapses. The total grace period is up to 8 calendar days from the renewal date.

The grace period works in two stages:

If any retry succeeds during the grace period, your subscription is renewed for a new period and access continues normally.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current yearly period and will not renew after that period ends.

If you cancel your yearly subscription within the first month of the subscription period, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted through in-app support.

The refund amount equals a prorated amount of the yearly subscription fee for the remaining subscription period — the total yearly fee minus the value of the passed period. The refund is credited to your Thndr investment wallet, or for customers outside Egypt, to the same payment card used for the original transaction.

Important: No refund is available if the cancellation request is made after the first month of the yearly subscription period.

If you cancel and then change your mind before your current period ends, you can reactivate the subscription from the Subscriptions screen. Your billing cycle and quota continue uninterrupted.

You can upgrade from the monthly plan to the yearly plan at any time from the Subscriptions screen to lock in the 10% discount.

A renewal to Thndr Trader requires an available balance in your Thndr investment wallet (Egypt). The following situations may prevent a renewal:

If a renewal fails, the 8-day grace period gives you time to resolve the issue before your subscription lapses.

If the number of commission-free trades available for the month is lower than expected, the most likely cause is trades placed during a previous grace period. When a renewal succeeds after free trades were used during the grace period, those trades are deducted from the new month's quota.

Does Thndr Trader cover markets outside Egypt?

Thndr Trader benefits — including ThndrX access and commission-free trades — apply only to the Egypt market and do not cover any other markets for now.

What happens after I use all 50 commission-free trades?

Once you've used all 50 commission-free trades in a given month, additional trades are charged at the standard rate of 0.1% with an EGP 2 minimum, while your subscription and all other plan benefits remain active.

What happens if my wallet is empty when my subscription renews?

If your wallet is empty at renewal, you enter an 8-day grace period during which Thndr retries the payment up to two more times and you keep full access throughout. If all retries fail, your subscription terminates after day 8.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my Thndr Trader subscription?

Monthly subscribers cannot get a refund for the current billing month. Yearly subscribers can request a refund if they cancel within the first month of their yearly subscription; they receive a prorated amount corresponding to the remaining subscription duration.

What's the difference between Thndr Trader and ThndrX?

ThndrX is the advanced trading platform itself, accessible at x.thndr.app and inside the Thndr app, while Thndr Trader is the subscription plan that gives you access to ThndrX along with the 50 commission-free trades and other benefits.

Who is eligible to subscribe to Thndr Trader?
