Overview
An account statement summarizes all movements that affected your cash position on Thndr over a chosen period. It includes every financial activity on your account — deposits, withdrawals, dividends, fees, and the invoices for your buy and sell transactions on stocks and mutual funds. You can generate one for yourself anytime through the app.
How to request a standard account statement
You can request your account statement from within the Thndr app at any time. The statement is generated for the month you select and sent to the email address registered on your account.
Open the Thndr app and tap My Hub
Select Account Statement
Choose the month you'd like the statement for
Tap to confirm your request
You'll receive the statement at your registered email address shortly after.
For your latest activity (month-to-date)
If you need a statement that includes your most recent activity — for example, today's transactions or trades from earlier this week — select the current month from the month picker. The statement will cover the period from the 1st of the current month up to the latest available activity.
How to request a stamped statement for official use
If you need an account statement for a visa application, embassy submission, bank requirement, or any other official purpose, you'll need an officially stamped version from Thndr.
To request a stamped statement, contact our support team through the app. Let us know:
The purpose — for example, visa application, embassy, bank requirement
The period — which month or date range the statement should cover
Our team will prepare the stamped statement for you, and you can collect it from the Thndr office once it's ready.
Note: Stamped statements take longer to prepare than standard ones because they're issued manually by our team. Plan ahead if you have a deadline.

The in-app statement is generated automatically and sent to your email — it's perfect for personal record-keeping or sharing informally. A stamped statement is officially sealed by Thndr and is required for formal use cases like visa applications, embassies, and bank submissions.
Can I request a statement for a custom date range?
The in-app statement covers one calendar month at a time.
How long does it take to receive my in-app statement?
Most users receive the email within a few minutes. If you don't see it after some time, check your spam or junk folder before reaching out.
How do I get a statement for today or this week?
Select the current month from the month picker in the app. Your statement will cover all activity from the 1st of the current month up to the latest available data, so today's and this week's activity will be included.
