If you are eligible for instant deposits, an Instant Deposit prompt will appear.

Key Rules for Using Instant Deposits Successfully
Using Instant Deposits gives you faster access to your money, but a few rules apply:
Enter the exact transfer amount. The amount you confirm in the Thndr app must exactly match the amount you transfer.
Complete the transfer within 1 business day. If the bank transfer is not completed within 1 business day of confirming the request, the request will be voided and access to Instant Deposits will be suspended indefinitely.
Withdrawals are temporarily paused. Once an Instant Deposit is completed, you can continue investing, but you will not be able to submit withdrawal requests until the deposit is fully settled.
Track your status in the app. You can check whether your money has been received from the Requests page under Received by Thndr.
Open the wallet page
Press on the “View Requests” button
Press on the request in the requests list
Check the “Received by thndr” status to be either “Pending” or “Yes”
One request per transfer. If you make multiple transfers, submit a separate Confirm Deposit for each one. Do not combine multiple transfers into a single request.
Maximum unsettled requests. You can have up to two unsettled Instant Deposits at the same time. Once one settles, you can create another.
No overlapping pending deposits. Instant Deposit is only available when you have no other deposit requests currently pending. If you already have a pending regular InstaPay or bank transfer deposit request, the Instant Deposit option will remain unavailable until that request is completed, approved, or cancelled.
What to do if you entered the wrong amount or submitted a duplicate request
If you confirmed an Instant Deposit with the wrong amount, or submitted the same transfer twice, don't use the funds. The extra or incorrect request will be reversed automatically within 1–2 working days once we reconcile it against the actual transfer.
Wrong amount: Leave the funds untouched and submit a new Confirm Deposit with the correct amount
Duplicate request: No action needed — the extra one will be voided automatically
Important: If you use the funds before the reversal, your cash balance may go negative and Thndr will be required to sell your most recently purchased securities at the current market price to cover the shortfall. Doing this may also lead to permanent suspension of the Instant Deposit feature on your account.
Terms and Conditions
Instant Deposits is designed to provide you with immediate buying power upon initiating a bank transfer. This service is intended to eliminate funding friction and allow you to invest right away.
Using the feature means the following terms apply.
1. Provision of Service
This service is offered to our valued and high-priority users as a convenience. It remains subject to proper use and the successful receipt of deposits, and may be suspended or withdrawn if misused, abused, or if deposits are not received.
Access to Instant Deposit is not guaranteed. Thndr may determine eligibility using factors such as account history, deposits, portfolio value, membership status, risk signals, or other internal criteria.
Your available Instant Deposit limit is shown in-app when eligible and may change without notice.
2. Feature Scope
Instant Deposit is available only on eligible top up methods and eligible users. Supported methods may include:
Bank Transfer
Instapay Transfer
Cash Deposit
Availability may vary by user, transaction type, market, or internal risk checks.
3. Limitations
3.1 Limit Determination: Your Instant Deposit Limit is determined by your user tier, which is assigned based on factors such as portfolio value, total lifetime deposits, and Thndr Trader status.
3.2 Withdrawal Restriction: You will be restricted from all withdrawals until the underlying transfer successfully settles in Thndr’s bank account.
4. Failure to Settle & Consequences
This feature provides early access to funds. If the actual bank transfer does not successfully settle in our accounts, the following conditions will apply:
4.1 Transaction Reversal: If the actual transfer does not settle within 1 working day, the Instant Deposit transaction will be automatically reversed.
4.2 Feature Disablement: Upon reversal, your access to the Feature will be permanently disabled.
4.3 Forced Liquidation: Using the Instant Deposit Feature exposes you to the risk of forced liquidation if your bank transfer does not settle in time. If the reversal of the Instant Deposit transaction results in a negative cash balance in your account, Thndr will be required to liquidate (sell) the most recently purchased securities at the prevailing market price to cover the debit balance, as per Article 2.6 of the Account Opening Contract.
Any excess proceeds from the sale will remain in your account.
Any shortfall (i.e., if the stock price declines and the sale proceeds are less than the instant deposit amount)
5. Modification and Termination.
Thndr reserves the right to adjust, modify, or disable the Instant Deposit Feature, including your individual limits and eligibility, at any time without prior notice.
