Creating your profile gives you access to the app and starts your account journey. After sign-up, you’ll continue to Account Opening, where you complete identity verification, regulatory checks, and any market registrations required before investing.

Get Ready to Sign Up
Before signing up, make sure you:
Have access to your email inbox
Are using your own personal details
Downloaded the latest version of the app
Create Your Profile
Signing up creates your Thndr profile and gives you access to the app. The process takes just a few steps:
Step 1: Verify Email
Step 2: Enter Name
Step 3: Choose Username
Step 4: Select Nationality and Residency
Step 5: Create PIN
Step 6: Enable Biometrics (this is optional)
Verify Email
Choose how you’d like to sign up:
Select Email, Google, or Apple
A verification code (OTP) will be sent to your selected email address.
Enter the OTP in the app to continue.
Enter Your Name
Enter your first name and last name.
Use your legal name as shown on your official ID. These details will be checked during account verification.
Choose a Username
Your username needs to be unique. The app will suggest one for you, but feel free to change it. You can always change it later
Select Nationality and Residency
Choose your nationality and country of residence.
These details help determine which regulations and account options apply to you.
Some countries or nationalities may not currently be supported due to regulatory requirements.
Create PIN
Set a 4-digit PIN to secure your account.
You’ll use this PIN when logging in, so choose one that is secure and easy for you to remember.
Enable Biometrics
You can enable biometric login for faster access.
Face ID
Fingerprint login
You can also enable this later from Settings.
What Happens After Sign Up
Once your profile is created:
Your Thndr profile is active
You can log into the app
You can continue to the next step, Account Verification, where you'll complete the required checks before you can start investing.

I’m Not Receiving the Verification Code (OTP)
If your verification code (OTP) has not arrived:
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
Make sure your email address was entered correctly
Wait a few moments before requesting a new code
I No Longer Have Access to My Email
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your Thndr profile, contact Support
Additional verification may be required before changes can be made.
What happens if I forget my PIN ?
Please reach out to Thndr support team and they will assist you with recovering your account
