When you refer a friend to Thndr, you both receive a cash reward deposited directly into your wallets once they reach their investment milestones.
How to Refer a Friend
You can invite friends regardless of whether they are new to Thndr or already have an account.
Invite a New User
Tap Share my link and send it to friends. When they sign up using your link, you both win.
Steps
Open the Thndr app, and tap My Hub
Under the Account section, tap Referrals
Tap Share my link
Your friends sign up using your link.
2. Refer an Existing Friend
Your friends who already have a Thndr account can enter your Username in the Referrals section if they haven't topped up yet or are within 48 hours of their first top-up.
Steps
Share your Thndr Username with your friend.
Ask them to open Thndr and tap My Hub.
Have them go to Referrals, click on Got referred by someone and enter your username.
⚠️ Important: Users can only add a referral username up to 48 hours after their first successful top-up.
How to Unlock Rewards
To qualify for the reward, your friend must complete two specific milestones within 30 days of being referred.
1. Top Up the Required Amount
Your friend must top up their Thndr Wallet to reach the threshold for one of these markets:

2. Make an Investment
Your friend must place at least one investment (Stock, ETF, or Mutual Fund) in the same market they topped up.
Thndr Savings Wallet is Not Eligible: The Thndr Savings Wallet does not count toward the investment requirement for the referrals program.
You Must Fund the Same Market: To receive your share of the reward, you must also have at least one successful top-up in the same market your friend selected.
Flexible timing to match: If you haven't funded the same market as your friend yet, you can still match their choice after they complete the referral requirements to unlock the reward for both of you.

Once milestones are met, you both receive a fixed reward based on the market:

Terms and Conditions
The 30-Day Rule
To ensure the validity of the referral reward, all qualifying actions and milestones must be completed within a strict 30-day timeframe.
The 30-day window begins the moment your friend successfully registers using your referral link or enters your username. If all requirements are not met within this period:
Forfeiture: Neither the Referrer nor the Referee will be eligible to receive the reward.
Annual Quota: The expired referral will not count toward your maximum annual referral limit, allowing you to invite other friends in its place.
Annual Referral Limit
You may earn rewards for a maximum of 15 successful referrals per calendar year. This limit resets annually on January 1st. Only successful referrals —those where all milestones are completed within the 30-day window—count toward your 15-referral limit. Expired or ineligible referrals do not consume your annual quota.
Market & Currency Alignment
To qualify for referral rewards, your account must maintain currency alignment with the market in which your referred friend completes their milestones. Rewards are credited based on the specific market of the referral's activity. To be eligible to receive a reward, you must have a funded wallet in the corresponding local currency of that market prior to the milestone completion.
Prohibition of Referral Loops (Reciprocity)
While both the Referrer and the Referee receive a reward for a single successful referral, the relationship between any two users is limited to a one-time reward amount. You cannot refer the same person who referred you.
Account Integrity and Enforcement
Thndr reserves the right to disable rewards, revoke eligibility, or ban specific accounts found engaging in system abuse, fraudulent activity, or the creation of fake accounts.
Program Modification and Termination
Thndr reserves the right to modify the terms of the Referral Program or terminate it in its entirety at any time at our sole discretion. Any such modification or program-wide termination will not impact rewards that have already been successfully earned and credited to your account prior to the date of the change.
