A request for information is a routine procedure. The process is completely confidential and it does not mean your account is under investigation or that any wrongdoing has occurred.

While specific internal triggers are confidential, Thndr typically requests updated information based on:

Periodic Reviews: Routine updates required to keep your account profile current.
Regulatory Updates: New requirements introduced by the FRA.
How Thndr Will Contact You to Complete Verification
If your account requires verification, Thndr will contact you through two official channels:
Email: You will receive a message with a secure, personalized link to a submission form.
In-App Banner: A notification will appear at the top of your Thndr home screen.

What You'll Be Asked to Provide
The verification form requires your current financial details. If your situation has changed since you joined Thndr, please provide updated information.

Your ability to buy, sell, deposit, or withdraw remains unaffected while the request is open.

The in-app banner will remain visible until your submission is reviewed and approved.
We recommend completing the form as soon as possible to help avoid any service interruptions on your Thndr account.

Post-Submission: Review Timeline and Outcomes
After you submit your Source of Funds (SoF) information, the Thndr Compliance team will review your details.
Review Timeline: Most submissions are processed within 2 working days.
Notification: You will receive an email once the review is complete.
Possible Outcomes:
If Approved: Your account remains fully active, and the in-app verification banner will be automatically removed.
If More Information is Needed: You will receive an email detailing the specific documents or clarifications required. The in-app banner will remain visible until these additional details are resolved.
