Investing in US equities is not available to Egyptian nationals residing in Egypt

Regulatory fees are charged by the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on all sell orders. They are as follows:

  • SEC Fee = total price of transaction * $5.10 / 1,000,000
  • TAF = $0.000119 per share for each sale of a covered equity security with a maximum of $5.95 per trade.

Fees are rounded up to the nearest one cent.
